Pricing questions
Why a season pass?
Lightning on the Highveld and in KwaZulu-Natal is a summer problem. A season pass is one payment that runs to 31 March, is easy to approve on a club or school budget, and does not renew: live alerts pause when it ends and your sites are kept. Monthly billing is there if you prefer it.
What counts as a "site"?
One monitored point with its own STOP and PREPARE radii — typically a course, a campus, an estate or a construction site. If two venues are within a few kilometres they can usually share one site.
How is SMS metered?
WhatsApp and email are included. SMS is included up to 200 messages per month on Site Pro; above that it is billed at cost (around R0.50 per message), shown on your invoice.
How do we pay?
Through Paystack, from the Billing page once you have an account. The season pass is paid once, by card or EFT; the monthly plan is charged to your card each month; Site Pro is invoiced each month by email, payable by card or EFT.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans cancel any time from the Billing page and stop at the end of the paid month. A season pass runs to 31 March and does not renew; to end one early, email hello@flashaware.com (see section 6 of the terms). The terms also set out cooling-off rights.
